[updating] All units at Val Chatelle III have a gas fireplace, television, microwave , oven, hot tub, washer/dryer, CD/stereo, and a VCR. No elevator. All units are 2BR with a loft OCC: Max 8/ Pri 8 with 2.5 baths, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. A bus to the ski areas stops 3 blocks from the resort. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Check-in at Americana Resort Properties, in Dillon, is on Friday at 4 pm. Check- out is at 10 am. The resort will also confirm your stay and provide late check- in instructions if you plan to arrive after 6pm. A credit card imprint (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) will be required at check-in for deposit. In case of emergency, the telephone number is 970/468-8363. A US$100 surcharge is added for late check-outs.
