All units are Studios OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 and have 1 bath, 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. The resort requires a confirmation or a guest certificate with identification and credit card imprint, in order to obtain your room assignment. You can request to extend your visit through R. Hawaiian Adventure Inc.'s room rental rates by calling the Resort. RCI cannot change the date on your confirmation. No pets are allowed. There are charges for local and long-distance telephone calls. Public transportation is available and recommended. All Hawaii properties are now non-smoking. All Hawaii resorts must collect a Transient Accommodations Tax for timeshare rooms. This tax will be collected by the resort at check-in and will be approximately US$15.00 per unit per week. A US$200.00 security deposit is also required at check-in
