Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have a 3/4 bath (no tub), 1 king bed and a queen sleep sofa. No pets are allowed at the resort. U.S. and Canadian citizens are required to show proof of citizenship and a return ticket. The government imposes a timeshare occupancy tax of US$56 per unit/week which the resort collects upon arrival. A departure tax of US$30 is charged per person, when leaving the island. Laundry service is available. The resort has (2) floors - no elevators.
