Govt occ tax US$28.50/person/week. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 4 have a queen bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Please note that both bathrooms are located in the bedrooms. Govt occ tax US$31.50/person/week. CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE TWO ONGOING AT THE RESORT UNTIL 2007. NOISE MAY DISTURB SOME GUESTS.
