Guests have access to a sheltered BBQ area that has 3 gas BBQ's. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units with a loft OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using any recreational facilities. A credit card impression will be required at check-in. Proper tennis attire is requested. No dark soled tennis shoes are allowed. Reservations must be made for tennis courts. Free tennis during designated times. Only one parking spot per villa.
