U.S. and Canadian citizens are required to show proof of citizenship and a return ticket. The government imposes a timeshare occupancy tax of US$56 per unit/week which the resort collects upon arrival. A departure tax of US$30 is charged per person, when leaving the island. Laundry service is available. The resort has (2) floors - no elevators.
