[updating] At Rockaway Beach Resort all units have direct access to the beach and most units offer a fireplace. Mini kitchens provide a refrigerator, a stove with oven and a microwave. There are no dishwashers. Units also feature cable TV's with movie rentals on-site. Laundry facilities are on-site. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths, 2 queen beds and a sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. Phones in the units can be used for outgoing local calls and incoming calls. Long distance calls need a calling card. A credit card is re- quired at check-in for a security deposit. Please be aware that the resort is NON-SMOKING; no smoking is allowed in the units or on the property except in vehicles. Members showing up with more than the maximum occupancy may be charged extra fees or may not be allowed to check-in. The resort charges a US$25.00 cleaning fee if tasks listed on "check-in" sheet are not completed prior to check-out. The resort is 3 stories and has no elevator. After receiving your confirmation, contact the resort if your party needs a ground level unit, a crib or a high chair.
