Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king size bed and 1 pull out sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 2 double beds and a sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 2 sleep sofas. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. Pets are not allowed. The front desk is located at the entrance of the building. All members staying at a resort in the state of Baja California, will have to pay an additional 2% state/lodging tax.
