NO PETS ALLOWED. There is a small deposit for amenities. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 are 300 to 350 sq ft and have 1 bath, 1 queen bed & twin bunk beds or 2 day couches. (Size of 1 Motel Room) 1BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 2 are approx 450 sq ft and have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sleep sofa and either twin bunk beds or 2 day couches*. (Size of approx 1 1/2 Motel rooms). 1BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 2 are approx 450 sq ft and have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen sleep sofa, twin bunk beds or 2 day couches. (Approx size of 2 Motel Rooms). *Day couches are designed for two small children. No pets allowed. A US$100 cash deposit (NO CHECKS ACCEPTED) or US$100 credit card authorization is required at check-in. Two units are equipped with handicapped facilities. There are boat slips available for US$50/ wk + 7% sales tax. Please call in advance to reserve boat docks as space is limited. Beach towels are NOT provided. A car is recommended to enjoy the area.
