Air conditioning is available for a nominal fee. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king or queen bed, 1 queen bed and either 2 twin beds or 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 3 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 4 twin beds (2 in the bedroom, 2 in the living room). The Kona Coast Resort offers a pool-side bar, volleyball courts, arts and crafts, and a jogging path on-site. Located nearby is a movie cinema and snorkeling. The resort is 3 stories and there is no elevator. No pets are allowed. Air- conditioning is optional (US$58/wk for 1BR, US$77/wk for 2BR & US$87/wk for 3BR). Optional daily cleaning is US$25/day. All Hawaii resorts are required to charge a transient occupancy tax ranging from US$25 - US$35 per interval confirmed based on unit size.
