[updating] All units at Kihei Akahi have a telephone, television, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer/dryer. There is no air conditioning in the units. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are allowed at the resort. No smoking is allowed. Check-in at the office on-site behind "A" building between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Guests will be mailed a lock box combination to enter their units. Additional keys will be in the unit. If you have not received any information 2-3 days prior to check-in, call 800-367-5234 for instructions. Upon arrival at the resort, stop at the office to register and obtain a parking sticker. While on Maui, for any problems or emergencies, call the resort's pager at 808-872-7762. US$15 charge for a lost key. All Hawaii Resorts must collect a Transient Accommodations Tax for timeshare rooms. This tax will range from US$15.00 to US$35.00 per interval confirmed based on the unit size.
