The resort is situated on the beach at Xai Xai and is set back against the dunes, thus there are lots of steps at the resort. The view is excellent from all units. Weather is hot most of the year. The area is a malaria area, however when the breeze blows, which is most of the time, there are very few mosquitoes around.
