The resort includes two buildings with a total of 69 units, three that are privately owned. The VI program is in a three story building with six two-bedroom condominiums and a seven story tower housing 54 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom EZ units and two luxurious four-bedroom penthouses. Vallarta Torre is located on the beach in Puerto Vallarta approximately two miles south of the airport and a short cab ride from downtown Puerto Vallarta. On-site amenities include shuffleboard, swimming pool, jacuzzi, palapa bar, convenience store, restaurant, and money exchange. Amenities located nearby include golf, fishing, horseback riding, live entertainment, tennis, shopping, and dining. The beach area offers many sports, including horseback riding, beach volleyball, para-sailing, or just recreational shopping and bartering with the many local vendors.
