Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 sleep sofa, and 1 king bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 sleep sofa, and 1 king bed. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2.5 baths, 1 king bed, 1 sleep sofa, and 2 twin beds. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 3.5 baths, 1 king bed, 1 sleep sofa, and 4 twin beds. The 2BR and 3BR units are villas and the bedrooms are upstairs. No elevators. No pets are allowed. There is a mandatory deposit of US$300 per unit per week, which will cover the Government user fee of US$50 per unit per week, an energy sur- charge: studio & 1BR US$50; 2 & 3BR US$65 as well as long distance phone calls. Any remaining money will be refunded after check-out. In-room gourmet catering (French chef) can be arranged by the resort. Car rental is available at the resort. A departure tax of US$30 per person, is charged at the airport when leaving the island. Portable beach chairs and umbrella rental.
