The 2BR and 3BR units are villas and the bedrooms are upstairs. No elevators. No pets are allowed. There is a mandatory deposit of US$300 per unit per week, which will cover the Government user fee of US$50 per unit per week, an energy sur- charge: studio & 1BR US$50; 2 & 3BR US$65 as well as long distance phone calls.
