All units have A/C and microwave ovens. Ground floor units are wheelchair accessible, as are recreational facilities. No pets are allowed at the resort. The resort is located in a quiet, residential area. There are many attractions in the greater Phoenix area. This resort offers a place to stay in a residential area while exploring the area. On site you will find a swimming pool, grill and additional laundry facilities. Check-in is from 2pm - 4pm on Friday. Please call the resort if you will arrive after hours. Resort office is closed on Sat and Sun. No Boats, Trailers or other oversized vehicles allowed on property, they will be towed.
