[updating] Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 are small, approximately 265 square feet and have a king size bed and a double sleep sofa, with a mini kitchen. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have a full kitchen, 2 full baths, a king bed and a double sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 3 full baths, a full kitchen, 2 king beds, and two double sleep sofas. All units have A/C and microwave ovens. Ground floor units are wheelchair accessible, as are recreational facilities. No pets are allowed at the resort. The resort is located in a quiet, residential area. There are many attractions in the greater Phoenix area. This resort offers a place to stay in a residential area while exploring the area. On site you will find a swimming pool, grill and additional laundry facilities. Check-in is from 2pm - 4pm on Friday. Please call the resort if you will arrive after hours. Resort office is closed on Sat and Sun. No Boats, Trailers or other oversized vehicles allowed on property, they will be towed.
