The Sandcastle Resort was built in the late 1950's and was operated as a hotel until 1978. From 1978 to 1983, the Sandcastle was converted into a timeshare resort. We are the only beachfront timeshare resort in Provincetown and on the Lower Cape. Our Cape Cod decor is rustic and quaint, and our units are well equipped for an enjoyable vacation. For recreation, we have a private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot spa, tennis court, shuffleboard decks and a game room. Provincetown offers a wide variety of activities - museums, historic sights, lighthouses, beautiful sunsets, bicycle and walking trails, whale watching, fishing, sailing, art galleries, restaurants and shopping at the countless number of quaint shops.
