[updating] All units at Sandcastle Condominiums have a TV and microwave. Some units have air- conditioning. All units in the 400, 500 and 600 series have full kitchens with a full refrigerator, stove, and an oven. Laundry facilities are located on-site. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 and Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 double Murphy bed, and 1 sleep sofa in the same room. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 vary and may have either 1 or 2 baths and either 2 double beds and 1 sleep sofa or 1 double bed and 2 sleep sofas. No pets are allowed. Provincetown has a large gay community. Some area attractions are closed between the end of October and Memorial Day. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The resort is a hotel conversion with 3 floors - no elevator. A US$20 key deposit and a US$100 security deposit are required. You must notify the resort in advance if you will be checking in after midnight.
