Welcome to Sand and Surf! We are a small (28 units), family oriented time share where staff and owners work together to create an atmosphere of fun, friendliness and safety for everyone. Our owners, both original and new, enjoy coming each year, looking forward to seeing old friends and make new ones. We are not fancy, but we are clean, comfortable and caring. Home away from home, where you and your family can enjoy Daytona's wonderful beach, the great seafood restaurants and many family oriented activities near-by.
