THE PERSON PRINTED ON THE RCI CONFIRMATION MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE. NO EXCEPTIONS. No pets are allowed. A US$10 key deposit is required. During Mar & Apr a US$100/person security deposit payable by a signed cc imprint (Visa or MC) is required. Only units 111,112,114,115,234 235,236 and 237 directly face the ocean. Only part of the ocean can be seen from the 1 bedrooms that sleep 6. Units facing the ocean cannot be guaranteed! No early check-ins allowed. Check in time is 4pm. Only one parking pass per unit is allowed. RV'S, TRAILERS, JET SKIS, CAMPERS, MOTOR HOMES OR BOATS CANNOT BE PARKED ON RESORT PROPERTY. Resort does not supply beach towels. *Per the Federal Endangered Species Act, NO direct light is allowed to be seen from the beach from sunset to sunrise to protect nesting of sea turtles during season from 5/1-10/31. There is up to a US$250 fine that can be charged. Building has 2 floors and no elevators.
