Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 are 532 sq ft with a murphy bed and mini kitchen (no dishwasher). 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have a full kitchen, one king bed, a sleeper sofa and one full bath. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have a full kitchen, one king bed, two twin beds, a sleeper sofa and two full baths. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have a full kitchen, one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, a pull out sofa and 3 full baths. No pets are allowed in the units or on the resort property. A car is required to fully enjoy the area. Due to local municipality tax laws, the resort will require the collcetion of an occupancy tax. Accommodations tax is approximately US$6.00 TO US$13.00 PER NIGHT, BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE UNIT.
