Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and a king bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and a sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed in each bedroom and a sleep sofa. The resort offers free daily Miami Herald, cellular phone rentals, hair salon, exercise room, swimming pool, beach bar, island activities, concierge desk, baby sitting service and a new res- taurant. No pets allowed at the resort. Security deposit of US$200 is required upon check in. This is payable by cash or credit card. There is a Government Tax of US$50 per unit/wk. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. A $US3 utility charge per person per day is required and payable at check-in.
