Pool and beach towels may be rented. Maid service is available for a fee. 1BR villas with a loft OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have furnished balconies, 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR villas OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have a furnished patio, 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. A Visa or Mastercard imprint is required at check in. No pets allowed. Each villa has a private phone. Check-in is at 4pm. There is a utilities surcharge of US$62 per week. In high season, it may be necessary to reserve a rental car in advance. U.S. and Canadian citizens need to have proof of citizenship and a return or onward ticket to meet immigration requirements. There are two floors and no elevators. A room rate tax of US$10 is charged at check-out. There is a snack bar and grill on-site that serves hot food.
