[updating] Your vacation condominium at the Villas of Sedona features air-conditioning, wet bar, telephone, television with VCR, fireplace, and a full kitchen with microwave oven and dishwasher. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1.5 baths, 1 king bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 1BR/Loft units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1.5 baths, 1 king bed and 2 queen sleep sofas. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1.5 baths, 1 king bed, either 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds, and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR/loft units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, either 1 queen or 2 twin beds and 2 sleep sofas. Smoking not allowed in the units. No pets allowed. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. RV's over 18 ft are not allowed to park on site. Mid week cleaning is available for US$25. Tours of the Sedona area and the Grand Canyon can be booked at the resort. Credit card imprint or US$50 cash deposit required at check-in.
