Each unit has air-conditioning, cable television and a microwave oven (there are no conventional ovens in the kitchens). Laundry available for a fee. The resort has two levels and no elevator. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 double bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths. Most, have 2 double beds and 1 sleep sofa. Some have a round or double bed and 2 sleep sofas. Restaurant on site requires men wear long pants and collared shirt to dine. T-Shirts and shorts are not acceptable to wear in the restaurants. Dress code is strictly enforced. No pets are allowed. A fee is charged for anything broken through negligence. A car is not necessary to enjoy the area. There are fees for motorized watersports. Immigration requirements include proof of citizenship and a return ticket. A departure tax of US$20 cash is collected upon leaving.
