[updating] Your vacation home at the Sandpiper is completely equipped with all appliances,television and kitchen wares for your comfort and pleasure. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. Some of these units also have a whirlpool tub. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 1/2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. Each of these units has a hot tub. The resort has 2.5 floors and no elevator. No pets are allowed. A US$50 security deposit (refunded at check-out) is required. Please call the resort in advance if you anticipate a late arrival. Unit assignments are final, the resort cannot relocate inbounds to another unit. Please contact the resort directly if you are going to be checking in later than 5PM Saturday-Thursday or 6pm on Friday. They will leave a key in a lockbox if after hours.
