[updating] Each unit includes a full or partial kitchen, air-conditioning, television, DVD player,microwave oven and whirlpool tub. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 or Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed or 1 queen bed and 2 sleep sofas. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 or Max 6/Pri 6 have either 1 or 2 baths, a king bed, a queen bed and a sleep sofa. 2BR loft units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 sleep sofas. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 sleep sofas. No pets allowed. Elevators are on site. A car is NOT necessary as public transportation is available. Parking is not available on site, however nearby at US$18/day daily rate (subject to change without notice). 10AM check-out is strictly enforced. Late check-out fee is US$50 for the first hour; US$100 each additional hour. Resort is located in an urban environment.
