Washer/dryer are available in your unit. On arrival, owners will be asked to pay a NZ$100 bond or a credit card imprint to cover expenses during their stay. Any balance unused will be refunded/credited on departure. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE STAIRS TO ACCESS EVERY UNIT. Check in location is Unit 18. Reception hours are 8.00am-6.00pm seven days a week.
