[updating] All Riptide Beach Club units are air- conditioned and have a television. The kitchens are fully equipped with garbage disposal, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator. Beach & pool towels are provided at the front desk. All 2BR units contain a fireplace and a Jenn-Air range. Laundry facilities are located on-site. 1BR units OCC: Max4/Pri2 offer 1 bath, 1 queen bed & 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max6/Pri4 have 1 1/2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. PLEASE NOTE: Units C1-thru-C18 & C31-thru- C34 DO NOT have a view of the ocean. These units are on the side of the building and face a well-maintained parking lot. Units A1, A2, A3 & B7 also DO NOT have a view of the ocean. Requests to be moved to a different unit cannot be honored. A US$100 security deposit is required at time of check-in (by cash or credit card). NO PETS, please. Anyone checking-in under the age of 21 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
