The cozy Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 queen murphy bed. These units are very small and are very close to the road. Guests should expect road noise during their stay. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 or 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. The resort has more than one level and no elevator. No pets are allowed. Please contact the resort in advance at 530/546-6262 if arriving after 9 PM to receive lock-box instructions. This resort is at a very high altitude of 6,250 feet and may cause breathing challenges. Only one parking spot per unit. A US$7.50 per unit per day mandatory service fee is required.
