[updating] All units at Perennial Vacation Club at Imperialakes are air-conditioned complete with carports. The units also have telephone, cable and two televisions, VCR, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with a microwave oven. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. You MUST CALL and notify the resort before 5pm on Saturday for LATE CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS!! Office hours are 12 noon til 5pm. The office is closed on Sundays and Wednesdays. Check-In hours are from 3pm - 5pm on Sat. There are -no- organized activities on site. The resort is at least one hour away from Orlando attractions. The resort is located in a residential community.
