Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and a trundle bed that can be made into 2 twin beds or 1 king bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/ Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. No pets allowed. A US$100 security deposit payable by check (US$500 during special events) is required and refunded upon unit inspection. ALL UNITS ARE NON- SMOKING. VIOLATORS MAY BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE. Parking is extremely limited in the French Quarter, and the resort has no parking. DAILY FEES FOR PARKING - facilities vary by location, security and special events (call resort for infor- mation). A CAR IS NOT NECESSARY TO ENJOY THE AREA.
