[updating] Each unit at Tybrisa at the Beach is air- conditioned and has an ocean-front balcony, cable television with HBO, a washer/dryer and a microwave oven. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Prior arrangements absolutely must be made for late check-ins. Please contact the resort for current office hours. There is a US$200 security deposit required at check-in to be paid via credit card only. Security deposit will be refunded 24hrs after checkout. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THE RESORT. No equipment rental is available on-site for fishing or boating. Elevators are located in the building. RESORT IS NON-SMOKING. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE BUILDINGS OR UNITS.
