[updating] Your Inverness by the Sea vacation home is air-conditioned and has a balcony, ceiling fans and a kitchen which includes a microwave oven. Some units have a washer/dryer. Laundry facilities are also available on-site. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. A US$200 security deposit, by check or credit card, will be required at check-in during weeks 9 through 13 each year. All other weeks will require a credit card imprint only. Mid-April brings the annual "Beach Party" weekend. Guests should expect long traffic delays and a carnival-type atmosphere. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Some covered parking is available. The resort does not allow parking of motorhomes, RV's or boats on-site. The resort is across the street from the Gulf; however all units have a Gulf view.
