Please notify the resort if you anticipate a late arrival. The reception is located in the Civic Center. Maid service is once a week but daily service is available with an extra charge. No pets are allowed. Football boots are mandatory for the football pitch and there is a charge for use of courts and pitches if not partaking in organized activities. Some facilities are only available in high season or weekends. Buildings are 5 stories high and there are no elevators.
