[updating] All studio and 1 bedroom units, as well as units 301 & 302, are located ON THE BEACH and include a washer and dryer. These units require stairs to access the units. All other two bedroom units are located ACROSS THE STREET from the beach in a separate building not pictured in the RCI directory. These units have a central laundry facility and have elevator access to the units. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 2 twin murphy beds & 1 queen sleeper sofa. 1 BR units OCC: Max 6/ Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin murphy beds & 1 queen sleeper sofa. 2 BR units OCC: Max 6/ Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king or queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleeper sofa. NO PETS ALLOWED. Person checking in must be at least 25 years old. Unit number assignments are final. The resort is unable to change you to a room with a better view. Maximum occupancy of each unit is strictly enforced and fines will be charged if unit occupancy is exceeded. Security deposit of US$100 required at check-in. Only 1 parking spot per unit is available. RCI Points bookings which are less than 7 nights require cleaning fee.
