Each 3-bedroom villa at Villas Palmas has two floors. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are on the lower level. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, a sitting room and two baths. The 2-bedroom unit is on one level located on the second floor of the complex. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/ Pri 6 have 1-1/2 baths, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and a double sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2-1/2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and 1 double sleep sofa. Check-in is located at the entrance where a guard is stationed. There is a limit of one space per unit to park your car. No pets allowed. Orientation on Monday mornings are offered with a Tour Operator on the premises to assist in arranging tours. Some tours can be at a high altitude and guests should consult their physician before taking tours. US$100 security dep. & US$40 cash utility surcharge/week/unit. No scheduled activities or other amenities onsite. All UNITS NON-SMOKING.
