The front desk is at Holiday Inn Hotel reception. Please notify the resort if a late arrival is anticipated. Maid service is available daily at no cost. There are taxis and public transportation at the resort's door step. Pets are not allowed. Resort has a steam-room. All members staying at a resort in State of Jalisco, will have to pay an additional 2% State/lodging tax.
