[updating] All units at the Hollywood Beach Hotel have a telephone and cable television. Small Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 murphy bed. Large Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen sleep sofa, and 1 murphy bed or queen bed. All studio units have living and sleeping accomodations in the same room. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath. 1 queen bed or 1 king bed and a sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. A US$50 phone deposit is required upon check-in. The resort property is on the beach, however, not all units are oceanfront. Units 621-638 are oceanfront. All other units are NOT oceantfront. DO NOT ask Resort Management to change your unit. There is parking for one car per exchange. Additional cars will be charged US$9 per day.
