[updating] Each unit at The Evergreen Condominiums has everything you'll need for a perfect vacation, right down to the toasty fireplace. All units have a private patio, cable television and a microwave oven. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 sleep sofas. These units also have a whirlpool bath. The distance to Bryce Canyon is 56 miles & the Zion National Park is 112 miles away. No pets, motorhomes or campers are allowed on the premises. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. There are no phones in the units, however, a public phone is available for your use in the office. Please be aware that there are no elevators and the resort is set at a high altitude, which may aggravate certain health problems. Ski seasons vary each year, contact resort to verify dates. To arrange for late check-in or emergencies call 435-677-2050. There is a US$25 deposit for each key to the unit. Bring a towel for the Jacuzzi.
