Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath (shower only), 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. A security deposit of US$100 is required. A US$50 deposit toward restaurant meals is also required. No pets are allowed. A limited mini-mart is located on site. A passport and a return or onward ticket are required. Departure tax is approximately US$13 per person. Full banking facilities are available at the airport. Resort can only exchange small amounts of money. Resort has 2 floors - NO ELEVATORS. The fee for the safety deposit box is US$10. Resort is very secluded and quiet. There are 39 stairs down to the beach area. Units are simply furnished with the emphasis on sun, sea and sand rather than luxury vacation accommodations. As is common in the tropics, insect repellent is recommended.
