[updating] Your unit has a fully equipped kitchen, TV and video player, private balcony and air-conditioning. 2BR unit OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 has a king bed, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. 3BR unit OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 has a king bed, a double bed, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. A washer/dryer is available in your unit. Please note on arrival, owners will be asked for a $50 bond or credit card imprint to cover expenses during their stay. Any balance unused will be refunded/credited on departure. All apartments are located in a three storey walk up building. There are no elevators. Requests for a ground floor apartment must be made prior to arrival. Reception hours are 8.00am-5.00pm Monday/ Saturday and 8.00am-12.00pm Sunday.
