Studio "Cutter" units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa (all in 1 room). 1BR "Sloop" units OCC: Max 3/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 double bed & 1 queen murphy bed. 1BR "Schooner" and "Brigantine" units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1 queen sleep sofa and 2 bunk-style beds. 2BR "Clipper" units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 double beds, and 1 queen sleep sofa. For guests 22yrs of age/or older, a US$100 security deposit is required at check-in. ALL GUESTS 19-21yrs old MUST PAY A US$200 DEPOSIT--*PER PERSON*. Unless accompanied by an adult, any guest checking in must be 21yrs old/minimum. After guests have departed and unit is inspected, credit card slips will be shredded. Any cash deposits will be returned approximately 10-14 days after check-out and unit inspection. Absolutely no pets allowed; a fee of up to US$250 will be charged if pets are found in the units.
