Units are NOT air-conditioned. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units with a loft OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 4 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. A US$250 refundable deposit is required at the time of check-in, payable by credit card or check. It will be refunded to you 2 days after departure. No pets are allowed. The resort STRICTLY enforces maximum occupancy of the units. Each person over the limit will be charged US$50 per day (with a minimum of US$350). The resort STRICTLY enforces the check-out time. A minimum US$75 will be charged for any late check-outs.
