[updating] Each unit at Surf Club of Marco is air- conditioned and features a private balcony, 2 color televisions and a micro- wave oven. Units ending in 9 or 11 have a garden or tennis court view. All other units will have a gulf view. The unit you are confirmed into, is the unit you will be assigned. Relocations are not possible. First floor units are elevated, and can only be accessed by 6 stairs (not elevator or handicap accessible). All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 with 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. Maximun occupancy is strictly enforced. No pets are allowed. No motorcycles are permitted on the resort property. The resort can provide information on weekly and current area events. Beach towel rentals are available on-site. A credit card imprint is required at check-in. A car is recommended to fully enjoy Marco Island and the surrounding area.
