[updating] You'll find your vacation home at Guanahani Village cool and inviting. Each unit is air-conditioned has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. For your safety, there are security guards on property from 4pm to 8am daily. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have either 2.5 or 3.5 baths, 1 king bed, 4 twin beds and 2 roll-away beds. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. Beach towels are not provided. A US$160 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Guests pay an electric/maid fee of US$61 per week. The government also has a mandatory tax ranging depending upon season and unit location. U.S. and Canadian citizens need proof of citizenship and a return or onward ticket to meet immigration rules. A US$15 departure tax is also required. Buses run from the resort to downtown area from 7am to 7pm at US$1 per person. Taxis, car & bicycle rentals are also available. At times the resort provides a communal unit for guests who's travel plans do not coincide with check in/out times and wish to shower or change prior to departure.
