[updating] All units at The Resort on Cocoa Beach are air-conditioned, have a telephone, VCR, 2 televisions, washer/dryer, a full kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal & a microwave oven. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 with 2 full baths, a king bed, 2 twin beds & a queen size sleeper sofa. OCCUPANCY LIMITS ARE strictly enforced. UNITS SLEEP a maximum of six people which would include CHILDREN & INFANTS. There is a whirlpool tub located in the master bath and hairdryers located in the bathrooms as well. The resort is located directly on Cocoa Beach however only a very limited number of units have a direct ocean view. Most units offer a limited view of the ocean from the balcony. The resort is unable to accomodate view requests. Please do not contact the resort to arrage a specific view as it is not possible. Please call in advance to arrange for a late arrival! The resort does not offer non-smoking units. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
