[updating] Your air-conditioned unit features a telephone and cable television. Small Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have a partial kitchen (mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster & microwave), 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a full sleep sofa. Large efficiency Studio OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 has a full kitchen, 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a queen sleep sofa. 1 BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have a full kitchen, 1 bath, a king bed and a queen sleep sofa. Large efficiency & 1BR units have patio/balcony. NO PETS are allowed at the resort. The resort requires a credit card imprint for a security deposit at check-in. If you do not have a credit card, you must pay US$50 in cash as a deposit. To receive a refund of cash at check-out, you must check-out during office hours, otherwise a check will be mailed to you. The resort has two floors and NO ELEVATORS. Unit numbers are assigned by RCI and cannot be changed. If you are assigned a 2nd floor unit you will receive that unit at checkin. NO SMOKING in units. VCR/DVD machines and beach chairs are available for rent at the front desk in limited supply.
