[updating] All units have a fireplace, washer/dryer, 2 televisions, full kitchen, and a vcr/dvd player. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 3/4 baths, 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa or futon. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 or 2 3/4 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa or futon. 4BR units OCC: Max 10/Pri 10 have 4 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa or futon. Resort does not have elevators and the units do not have air conditioning. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Certain health conditions may be aggravated because of the altitude. No RV parking on-site. A credit card imprint is required upon check-in. Unit assignments are given at check-in. There are no unit upgrades available at the resort. The resort will charge a US$10 resort fee upon check-in only for those guests who are confirmed for 7 nights or more.
